Refund policy

Damages and issues
1) If you notice your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can solve the issue and make it right asap.

2) Take photos of the item (front, back and sides), and the delivery container/parcel using good lighting to help us figure out when/ how the problem has occurred.

3) Email the images to hello@magicmusickids.com - Subject Line "RECEIVED ORDER ISSUE".  We will contact you within 25hrs.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on digital products, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@magicmusickids.com.
